The package costs 1,200 USD for one company and one representative, paid in full in advance to confirm participation. The booking is validated once receipt of the amount is confirmed and the organizer issues a written confirmation; a receipt is handed over at payment and the final invoice is issued after payment confirmation.

Cash payment through the accredited agents in Tunisia is recommended to simplify the process and reduce international transfer costs; the organizer provides the accredited agent’s details before payment. Bank transfer remains possible according to the official transfer instructions, with estimated bank fees of about 100 USD borne by the participant and varying by bank. A group payment for several companies on a single invoice can be arranged with the organizer.

The organizer sets the assembly point and the coach departure and return times, and communicates them to participants before travel. Accommodation and transport are limited to the registered participant and the confirmed dates; additional nights, additional persons or any private travel outside the program are priced separately, after written agreement.

The company may request the replacement of its representative before the event, provided it sends the replacement’s details and required documents and obtains written confirmation from the organizer. Actual additional costs resulting from changes to bookings or documents are borne by the company, after being informed and giving its approval.

Once the booking is confirmed, amounts paid are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal, no-show or inability to travel for reasons attributable to the participant. Late arrival, early departure or non-use of an included service does not give rise to any partial refund, as long as the services remain available in accordance with the confirmed booking.

If the event is definitively cancelled by the organizer, the full amount paid for the package is refunded within 30 working days from the cancellation notice. The refund is limited to amounts paid to the organizer and does not cover bookings or expenses contracted separately by the participant.

The organizer approves the counter location and the allocation of spaces according to the final floor plan; the company approves its name and logo artwork before printing and complies with the schedules and organizational instructions for the exhibition and shared spaces. Requests for cancellation, replacement or changes to services are sent in writing through the official channel stated in the booking confirmation. Signing the participation form constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the package details and these terms.
